Ask IH: How to motivate visitors to install Slack Bot?
Hello IH!
Last time I was talking about Amixr it had super minimalistic website. There were only a few words and one "Add to Slack" button. I had a hypothesis that almost empty web page will trigger curiosity and force to add Slack Bot to Workspace.
Analytics says: It was a wrong assumption. People don't install Slack Bots just to check them out. Probably that's because Slack is considered as something related to work and they don't want to risk. I don't know ¯\(ツ)/¯
Turning 180 degrees. Here is a new website for Amixr: https://amixr.io/ . It should give visitors solid information about the product.
Did you understand the product? How do you like texts and design? Do you like it in general?
Any advice on what to change to improve conversion is welcome!
You need to work on polishing the landing page I think, especially the copy. "Never miss Alerts and reduce distruction. Just forward them from monitorings to Amixr" - "distruction" is spelled wrong, "Alerts" shouldn't be capitalised, the second sentence isn't grammatically correct and on a whole doesn't explain the product clearly to me. The videos could be helpful but there's too much going on and they go through it too fast for me.

I use slack for my work meetings and a lot of other things. But i really dont understand what a slack bot is and what exactly it does

Did you notice 3 videos next to feature descriptions? Are they helpful? Any ideas how to make them helpful?
