Product Hunt front page can really help to get some traffic
🛠️ MakeHub is a place for indie makers. It started out as a crowdsourced list of products which I posted on 😻 Product Hunt.
When I came back from 🏃 running (https://twitter.com/raunometsa/status/1011908627077230594), I saw MakeHub being on the front page of Product Hunt. 250+ products were submitted by the crowd and I shared some stats (https://twitter.com/raunometsa/status/1011982784313819136), code (https://twitter.com/raunometsa/status/1012019809238896641) plus did some helpdesk work (https://twitter.com/raunometsa/status/1012029029585649664).
It's cool to see so many awesome makers, so this can't just stay as a list.
For the following 3 days, I've been improving the site and building new features.
I think MakeHub could be something like a "social network for product makers" and also a set of tools that help makers to build and market their products.
It's a community of makers and customers around your product.
