Dan -- this sounds right up my ally. Regrettably I deleted my facebook app and Telegram requires a new android app. Alas, I wish you great success.
Just wondering, Facebook and/or Google chat seems like a no-brainer. Why did you go with Telegram over say...Slack, which is now the de-facto group messaging platform?
Thanks Ted for your feedback! Agree, Telegram is fine but not so much people from U.S. actually are using it. So, I've tried to make more easily way to join us. Slack is nice too, but again for the end-users (non-dev) it could be a little bit challenge.
