Feedback on SaaS solution I am working on
Hi, I am Maurizio and I am currently working on a side project to scratch my itch.
I worked for a B2B SaaS company as a product manager, and I noticed that it is always difficult to get reliable feedbacks from customer support and/or sales. I used to ask them questions like... which features are requested by our customers? How big are the customers requesting such features? How much money do they bring? I always got unclear answers. Therefore, I decided to create a tool that clusters feedbacks and allow a team (customer support, sales reps) to add feature requests, and up-vote them on behalf of customers. As a consequence, I can associate each feedback, with its value in terms of MRR, CLV, or other dimensions. I use such information to provide insights on what to build and for which customer.
I am actually still in dev phase and haven't got any customers yet. I would appreciate a feedback about it. Do you think it could be useful? Would you pay for it? Thanks!

I think the idea is there, however, I wouldn't pay for this for anything I am working on at the moment. Possibly on future projects.
I wanted to comment on the site you have up at the moment. It really doesn't show or tell me anything.
It's an all-white background with some vertically aligned black text - I would like to see it more flushed out so I can understand more about the product.
Something like screenshots of the product? Or something else you have in mind?
