Hello IH 👋 - we’re a UK based product studio and we’ve been working on making user testing more accessible. We set out on this when we weren’t happy on the high prices for creating and sending tests for a client’s design prototypes. The product is called TestHQ - https://testhq.com
Our product allows you to create a number of different tests & send them out to your network. In addition, we allow product owners to recruit users directly from their own website to complete tests. This means no longer needing to pay $50 for usability feedback from a user who has no idea or interest in your product.
We’re currently in beta & integrating with some web-app products. We’re scoping our next development phase but we want to gather some feedback to do so.
Potential future features:
In summary; feedback for the tool would be great. For IHers: Is it valuable to your current workflow (design/product usability & feedback)? If not, what features would you like to see?
Hi,
Nice and interesting. Probably most of the guys on IH would love this. I believe until now we are just displaying a banner message on signup page saying "Free for 2 months for early users" or so.
But with this, we should be able to get specific details of users/test reports/integrate with intercom.
Overall, the idea is good and I will try to sign up sometime soon.
Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear the use case for IH users.
Feel free to send over a message for any help on getting set up 👍
Hello,
Just watched the demo, does the recording capture audio from the customer? This would be the #1 feature that I'd expect to see.
As a PO, my typical e2e workflow for user testing is:
Thanks for checking out the product!
Indeed, the recording does capture audio for the user.
Very interesting to hear your flow. As mentioned, we're looking into the integrations w/ Intercom.
Ideally, TestHQ would look to streamline the flow you mentioned.
From automatically recruiting through Intercom, sending invites to test with incentives managed on our end. In addition, a streamlined data analysis is also important. With the high amount of qual data it can take a lot of time to go through the tests.
It would be great to connect & talk further. If we can streamline your e2e workflow saving you time + money then I'm sure that would be these case for many other POs. How's best to chat?
Cheers!
