Property Insurance Certificates

Hello Friends,

I've been working on an MVP that I wanted to share and ask for feedback on.

Business Problem: If you live in a condo and you own your condo, then your condo association most likely has a master insurance policy that covers your condo. If you have a mortgage on your condo, then your bank will often require yearly evidence of insurance certificates to prove that you (or your association) has the appropriate insurance covering the property. This process is not generally automated and can take several days to complete and places a big burden on the insurance broker to generate those certificates.

Our MVP: We have built a multi-tenant SaaS geared towards insurance brokers. The Insurance broker sets up a master insurance certificate for each condo association in our system and then gets a direct link to generate the certificate of insurance. The link can be distributed to those who need it to help automate the process and get an instant certificate.

Tech Stack: Bulma CSS, Firebase, VueJs frontend, Go lang backend server hosted on Google App Engine.
