Are you have to check tasks of your team everyday? And Can you sharing the ways you do that?
Hi everyone, I have a little problem in helping my team have a habit of preparing their todo tasks on this day.
I have a team about 9 - 10 members, and everyday I have to help them prepare their tasks on this day by asking "What are your tasks today? ". But I thought people should do it themselves.
Can you sharing how your team work?
Well what we do is a daily standup.
People usually tend to think of it as a moment to justify your past time, but I try to focus the team on what they are doing and will be doing (present and future).
So in a way, I am not asking them but the daily standup is. Sometimes I miss the standup and the rest of the team does it anyway.
Thanks @aaronfc maybe I should make it become a rule of our team :D. Are you use Trello or Asana... to manage tasks ?
At work we use Jira, but for personal projects I have used Trello and also a .txt with a bullet list
