Ask IH: Has anyone recently added a product successfully?

I've tried to add my product using this form and it's failed every time.

I have tried 4 different browsers on different computers and devices and they all literally seize the browser up completely or even crash my machine in the worst states.

This happens when I click the "Go to product" button at the bottom of the screen.

Does anyone else have this issue? (should I be using IE or something?)
