Feedback on my web app and objective/plan?

So after I read this I decided to polish and publish a documentation application that I created for personal use. I am hoping to make some money on the side similar to the site in that story.

If I am successful, I plan on adding more simple applications to the website, hence the design not revolving entirely on that one application.

I decided to get it online ASAP and get some feedback here before I actually put some serious effort into promoting it. So my first request if for feedback or suggestions about the usefulness and implementation of the application?

Secondly, I have been looking around for ad networks that I could use but most seem to require sites with content on it, rather than web applications. Does anyone know of any ad networks for web apps?

An example of what I'm going for is jsfiddle that has that one ad on the bottom left. I checked the ad network they are using but it is invite only so I'm stumped.
