What is the biggest issue your startup/business/idea faces?

Getting it out there, mostly marketing. It's hard if no one has ever heard of you.

Getting users to pay for the value of the software you are trying to provide.

Getting valuable user feedback....

Here are the two main problems I have:

1. Our product has a lot of features so it's hard to get a concise tagline as to why you would want to use it. It makes it hard to write a post on sites like producthunt and hacker news.

2. MAUs vs DAUs... right now we have about 7k MAUs but only about 400 or so DAUs. I think people LOVE our product but it's not uses enough to justify paying $7 per month. I'm trying to get these numbers up by improving the product.

3. We need to get more distribution. I need to get on Techcrunch or Mashable or something to get a nice chunk of initial users but I don't think our product is revolutionary enough (yet) to really get them to blog about it. I'm working on some features to really grab them though!

We have some great things going for us though.

• Retention is AWESOME.. all our users are sticking and there is very little churn.

• 15% growth right now.

It's always easy to come up with ideas and there's always someone who can develop them for you. (Launch isn't the most difficult)

The biggest issue most people face are getting users to actually use their SaaS, getting them signed up, and then keeping them on board using the service. Retention is difficult, having a high churn rate is a real thing.
