What do you use to make tutorials?

Hey Indie Hackers! For those who create tutorials, are there any tools that you use to help you make tutorials. If so, what are some pros and cons of the current tools you use?

I'm making a tool to help make me better tutorials (Medium for tutorials?) and would love to hear what you have to say about the current state of tutorial making :)
