Where do you look to find ideas and get the first sale?

I'm non-technical and stuck in a loop. I can't seem to find a problem to work on. I'm learning marketing and Copywriting.

There's also the issue of the first sale or getting a product built.

Many past projects have been out of reach cost wise.

I know I'm spinning wheels.
