What did you find most challenging when creating and testing your first product/business idea?

Hey all 👋

I'm currently developing an online course on how to use lean techniques to test and evaluate business ideas, from testing demand through to more advanced business model hypothesis testing (customer dev, value prop etc). Aimed primarily at those new to (or aspiring to) creation startups or product ideas.

I have a lot of knowledge and experience in this area now, but I found it challenging from a practical perspective when I first started out (plenty of theory, but implementing it can be more tough).

I'd love to get your input to help me create something which new and aspiring entrepreneurs find useful.

• What did you struggle most with when trying to develop your first business/product idea?

• What would have helped you navigate this process more effectively?
