Sentry is nice. But there is also https://trackjs.com/ or https://www.bugsnag.com/ (free tier).
You can register and replay full user sessions too, with https://logrocket.com/.
Finally, don't forget about Google Webmaster Tools to check for crawling errors (bad links).
I've been using Sentry.io and would definitely recommend them.
They have a generous free tier and a great ux. Also, it's open source.
With my apps (all Rails) I add exception_notifier by default and it send me an email every time there's a runtime error happening.
