What is the best time to launch a product?
Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has any strategy for a launch? Should I do it an eastern time or wait while folks from San Francisco will wake up? Sunday evening or Monday morning?
What about launching on Hacker News, Reddit, Product Hunt, etc...?
I know there are a lot of founders/makers here on IH so any advice will be very much appreciated.
I think the best time launch on PH, HN etc is when you have a a good customer/user base already. Otherwise, products tend to get lost in the noise because they don't get those initial upvotes necessary to break through...
As for the time of day etc, I bet there are literally 100s of more important things you could be worrying about for your project right now :)
Nonetheless, I hear the best time for PH is about midnight PT, so you are one of the first posts on a new PH day...
