Best Practices to share credentials with freelancers?

I'm working on a product and I use various services, my own server and need to share access to these regularly. Sometimes I would forget that I have to revoke access or change the password. Is there a tool out there which helps simplify the process?
Nice thing about LastPass is you can share the credentials without the other person actually getting access to actually see the credentials.
just want to clarify - that is very easy to get around. Yes, they allow it so that you can't see the password in their software, but once it gets inserted into the login form anyone who knows how to inspect the html can easily see the password. So its a false sense of security if you think the person you share with won't be able to know your password. I think they are doing their customers a disservice for marketing that feature. (i still use lastpass, i just assume those i share passwords with can/will know the password)

I've been using LastPass for years. I thought the other party also required a LastPass account. Isn't that true?

I guess you can only share web logins then? No SFTP or SSH yeah?
You can add keys in LastPass however when shared they are then available to be copied etc.
I use lastpass. No complaints.
