Hi there IndieHackers.
Question for you - would you use a free resume submission portal?
CrowdWave www.crowdwave.com - is a new social network that connects recruiters and employers. Have you ever wondered why employers and recruiters aren't connected? I did, and thought "what would happen if we gave every team at every company its own free resume submission portal, and connected them into a social network" - would that make everyone better at recruiting? Would it give better service to candidates? So I built http://www.CrowdWave.com - so any team can now be better at recruiting (for free), and employers and recruiters are now connected into an industry wide social network.
I'd love to hear some feedback. It's pretty hard getting a new SAAS started and feedback seems to be oxygen for enthusiasm.
