Can you sell a side hustle co, while working on a full time?

Or do you HAVE to transition to the side hustle, before selling the company?
I don't see any reason a buyer would care about your employment status. I certainly haven't ever thought about it when judging businesses to acquire. Haven't even thought of it as something to potentially consider and dismissed it. Just completely not on the radar until this post.
