Fullstack javascript engines

Hey guys, as you probably noticed, javascript is evolving fast and it's getting harder and harder to keep up with all the changes, frameworks and ecosystems arounds these frameworks.

You can find great libraries and solutions but getting them to play well together is a nightmare sometimes.

I was wondering if people would be interested in purchasing full stack engines to use them as foundations for their next apps.
By "full stack" I mean backend (API), web client + mobile app.

Some examples of such engines could be:

• chat application (similar to whatsapp)
• photo app (similar to instagram)
• etc

Something similar to what https://www.enginethemes.com/ does for wordpress, but with a focus on the javascript ecosystem.

Do you guys think developers would buy engines like these, or they'd rather develop their own from the ground up?
