What's your sales/user interview cold email workflow?

As a builder, one of the most frustrating things for me is trying to search across websites to find qualified people and then somehow finding their email to talk/pitch to for the product I'm working on without spending a lot of money.

It feels like a total drag to try to personalize tons of emails every day and having that as my sole focus so that I can be effective in product development and actually moving towards a sale. I'm always itching to build, and when emails usually take a week or more to start getting replies, it's a pretty frustrating process. Often I find myself really just dragging my feet around, really hurting my productivity and morale.

How does everyone deal with it? Are there certain tools you use to speed up the process? Are there any psychological tricks to keep yourself motivated? Or do you just naturally gravitate towards sourcing/cold emailing as something that's enjoyable?
