Big Query vs App Store Sales Numbers

Has anyone had an issue with the App Store unit sales numbers for In App Purchases being different from those reported by Firebase Analytics as extracted by Big Query? If so, how did you resolve it? I reached out to Apple once via App Store Connect and was told "Everything is working properly - we can't vouch for any other data sources" ...Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
