When is the right time to share your product on listing websites?

I wonder whats the best time to share a product on websites like betalist or betapage? I mean how developed should my product be to get a reasonable result out of it? Sometimes there are products that seem to have an existing customer base and are clearly out of beta. Are they „late to the party“?
Or do you prefer to go early?
As a visitor I would like to see working products, that I could sign up right away. So I would definitely not list an email-collection landing page there. My latest project metriclist.com is in a state I could share it, but it is in a early stage though.

I previously have gone with the late to the party approach but with my latest project (https://www.cloudsprt.uk) I have gone as soon as I had the MVP ready and this has helped me get customers feedback sooner and also prevent me developing unnecessary features.
