What's your "Launch Sequence"?

Hey yall! So I’m an algorithm/process person through and through, yet whenever I start working on a new project, I never seem to have a defined plan for how to launch the next one.

Not sure if anyone else is the same but for those who are, what are some critical steps you take or questions you answer when taking a new project from idea to launch?
