How do you get candid feedback from users on your product?
I think we can all agree that frequent, honest and early feedback are key to building the right product for our users.
My question for you all is: how do you get this feedback? Do you have an option in-app for users to give you feedback or do you reach out to customers directly?

I've been able to get feedback so far from the drift plug in on my site, talking to people on social media (IH, twitter, reddit, & facebook), and sharing with telegram groups.
I'm putting more effort into reaching out to customers directly and at the end of each email/call, I ask if they know anyone else that I should be talking with and that's had promising results so far
