Do you have a estimated app maintenance cost spreadsheet ...

I am looking for a spreadsheet where I can list of my ongoing expenses to get a feel for how much the maintenance will cost month over month based upon a specific number of users in a given month.

Before making my own sheet, I figured I'd check to see if anyone already has something simular that they would be ok sharing with me.
