Anybody have a short and sweet NDA boilerplate they can share?

Hi Indiehackers. I have another side project starting and will be meeting with a graphic designer over the weekend to get some costs. I want need to show her a prototype of the product and need her to sign an NDA before I do.

Can someone share a simple, effective NDA boilerplate I can use?
