I love static websites, they are great for showcasing your product, and they are super easy to setup and host. But one thing that is always tricky is collecting form input. You can use WuFoo, TypeForm or Google Forms, but embedding those forms never fits really well with the template of the site.
I wanted something where I can use the site templates form elements to get consistent look and feel. So I made a service that captures form input directly into a Google Sheets Spreadsheet.

Given the competitive solutions that exist today... It could be interesting as a WP plugin that builds forms that save to Google Sheets... again catering to the no-code crowd.

Interesting. FWIW, you can use Zapier and webhooks to get the same functionality for free :)
That's not to say your product isn't solving a useful problem though!

I would definitely focus on "super-easy" because I think your target market should be the "no-code" crowd. The reason is this kind of thing is becoming easy to implement in serverless environments too. One quick Google Cloud Function and bam, done.*
Yes absolutely. If you can write a Google Cloud Function this is not for you. In fact I built this with Google Cloud Functions :)
I had the same comment as louisswiss. I think your product is interesting, but many people will look at Zapier to solve that issue.
Thanks for the comment. Yes, you can definitely do this with Zapier. But I wonder if there's a demographic of users who would appreciate the convenience? Setting this up on Zapier does require some tech knowledge or at least familiarity with terms such as "web hook"
Yes, I do think there's a crowd for it! Especially since you can probably add a ton more features such as analytics (through an account on your website), etc.. That's a lot harder to achieve with Zapier.
However, the problem will be finding and reaching that audience. Since Zapier is so well known it might overshadow most SEO efforts you make.
