So frustrated getting app approved through iTunes connect!!!
We are trying to launch my startup...an equine data management platform. I am not techie...I am a horse owner and competitor. I have been working with developers to a create a desktop platform that syncs to a mobile app that tracks all of your horse information. We have finally gotten it to the stage that we are trying to get the app approved and push the platform to beta. OMG...we submitted the app and they declined because there was mention of our desktop platform and that you needed an account to that to get access to the app. Then, they rejected it because we had a link that said "Upgrade to Pro." We removed that. Then they rejected it saying they needed more information below:
To help us proceed with the review of your app, please review the following questions and provide as much detailed information as you can.
- Does your app access any paid content or services?
- What are the paid content or services, and what are the costs?
- Do individual customers pay for the content or services?
- If no, does a company or organization pay for the content or services?
- Where do they pay, and what's the payment method?
- If users create an account to use your app, are there fees involved?
- How do users obtain an account?
Every time we take care of their requests we have to wait another 24 hours to get their feedback.
Anyone have some advice...good resource on how to get the app through iTunes connect?

I feel your pain! I can't offer much advice other than keep working at it. Read and re-read the Guidelines as you work through their responses. Take your time and you will get through. It gets easier after the initial release.
I would always plan for a release to take a week, and rejections could double or triple it.
If you get rejected for something that you feel doesn't apply you can appeal, but it doesn't speed things up any.
