NamesAce - Side-Project Domains Newsletter

Two weeks ago I launched a really simple project - a newsletter for side-project domains. NamesAce.com

I had been meaning to launch something under the NamesAce brand since 2013! Almost 5 years!

I just love finding great domains especially when people think all the good ones are taken. So what took me so long?

I knew I wanted to start something to help other makers and even startups save a lot of mindless searching and a whole bunch of money!

I considered buying and selling domains, pairing domains with branding in a ready-to-buy package, I even started working with clients to do custom domain reports.

It always seemed like it would be a really complicated process to make something just how I wanted it and so, I held back in favour of over 20+ other projects I've built since then!

I kept coming back to this idea, year after year. At the start of 2018 I thought "what would this look like if I had to launch tomorrow?"

I realised I just had to strip it back and simplify it way down. Start with providing value and start shipping it on a regular basis - and so the idea of a weekly newsletter seemed the perfect thing to start and then build up from.

So far the first 2 editions have been shipped and it is gaining its first subscribers!
