Looking for feedback from blogging developers

Hi Indie Hackers!

It struck me that it's hard to present incremental changes on a blog. Embedding longer and longer code gists looks messy. A good alternative might be to create a screencast. But I really prefer reading to watching.

Do you see this problem yourself or does it sound artificial?
What if we could describe incremental changes in an elegant way that's pleasurable to read?
