I do believe in instant connection with people. but imagine you find a teams with the same interest as you but yours personnalities dont match, should you stay ?
or should you look for personnalities that match with you, but you have to convince them to be part of some project ?

Actually diversity of personalities is great. As long as they don't clash, diverse personalities will be more productive than a team of people with identical interests and personalities.
Also conflict isn't necessarily a bad thing. Absence of conflict is much worse.
I'd actually suggest reading (or listening to) 5 dysfunctions of a team. You can probably pick it up pretty cheaply and its an easy read. Talks a lot about what breaks a team.
