I would like to get feedback/suggestions on my newly launched service site https://wpspeedcare.com - WP Speed Care, where we provide WordPress site speed optimization service.

— What's the best place for marketing such services?

I like the idea. It would be neat if I could put in the url for my site and get an overview on ways you could improve the speed and give me a price based on those suggestions. My blog is a wordpress site and I'm always looking for ways to improve the page loads.
Hi Tim, Thanks for your inputs. Providing custom quote requires a lot more work (and I don't think that's worth the efforts - at least for now) but yes, I am happy to add it in "some day" to-do list.
No problem..I don't think it would have to be custom. You could programmatically make a request to their site and analyze it to provide them with estimates on speed improvements they may see after your service. You should be able to analyze caching, gzip, js and css concatenation, image size, etc.

I would prefer to have a pricing tab in the menu, so that when I click, it goes for a scroll down to pricing details.

Also, If the cart is empty, you can ask the user to add items to cart instead of moving to empty cart page. Not necessary. But this is something I noticed.
