Are you guys setting up an LLC when launching your Beta?
My app is live and ready for “free” users to validate and gauge interest but I’m worried about starting to get paid customers without having an LLC yet. Are you guys setting that up for your products that are brand new or waiting till a certain point before spending the money to form the LLC? Any guadanice here would be appreciated.
Don't worry. Have the customers details ready for payment. You can do the admin stuff in due course. If you're really apprehensive, still take the customers details and then you can quickly register the company and follow through with payment processing.
Waiting till $1k in MRR. But just one data point, and you probably want to consider the market your are in. I am in a market with fairly low legal risk -- knock on wood.
