Know Your Customer – A problem that we had with Beyonce, Adele, Fall Out Boy and More...

I've interviewed a bunch of startups and I've noticed a similar problem. Knowing your customer is hard, and not a high priority when there are other things to build. When building Sidestep for a bunch of artists (including Beyonce, Selena Gomez, Fall Out Boy, Adele, etc), we had this problem.
