Is it too raw / too honest ?

First impression: Spam site.

Too honest is good. Its not that.

Its too crude and its ugly. Doesn't enspire confidence.

You need a designer to work on it.

It’s memorable and that is much better than mediocre design.

I would recommend leading with what you are good at and not call out where you struggle (leave it up to your customers to decide if they like your design or not).

Hightlight your unique value (change one from attribute and it just works).

I think it plays on the "We suck at design but we are good at managing data". It makes a point, but it doesn't look very professional.
Consider if you want to leverage that point, if you do maybe redesign to look more professional wihtout too many frills. I feel that there is a happy middle ground.

Dear Topic Starter, don't be fooled with this "raw" comments.
Your site is not worse than 99% sites asking for feedback here, on IH.
I think that everyone in this thread decides that the topic starter is okay with "honesty" so they express their opinion. Usually, they proceed from the assumption that a topic starter would be too sensitive and needs to be encouraged instead of direct critique, that's why you see a lot of "nice, clean site" and "congrats on your launch" - and that's why don't see anything like that here in your case.
From me - I think you need to add more examples and use cases else it's not clear why and when to use it (I had a similar project in the past, so it was the main project to find use cases).

That is terribly unconvincing. Only thing you prove is that you suck at design. That you are good at managing data does not naturally follow.

Sucking at things usually correlates with sucking at other things.

I think you need to clean up the design if the landing page. It doesn’t seem to create trust for me. Who is your biggest competition?
