Your account signup and newsletter signup forms aren't GDPR compliant.

Our solution is still in a BETA, we're preparing "GDPR-isation" of our website and will also write a blog about it, come back in a few days to check it out.
Sure, but as a GDPR company, it's pretty much disconcerting that you don't consider basic GDPR compliance an essential 'beta' feature.
I'm running my day job company's GDPR compliance program, which makes me a member of a key potential customer group, but how can I take your knowledge of the GDPR, and therefore your solution, seriously when you're breaking even the most elementary of GDPR rules?
With this project we didn't want to wait until everything is perfect; we decided to go with multiple small launches instead of a big one.
I'm confident that there are more things other testers will say they can't live without - that's the reason why the product is still in a beta stage.
Anyhow - thnx for the feedback, I honestly appriciate it.
I've also built a GDPR-related platform (though we're not direct competitors, we're very different), and I could be "that guy" right now and rub it in some more that the forms weren't GDPR compliant, but ...
If I can give any tip, it's to not let this kind of feedback be your Achilles heel. Acknowledge, but don't excuse: say you're on it, give a specific date when everything will be done if you'd like (and send them an email on that day asking for a follow-up now that you've fixed their concerns), and follow through.

I read the page about three times and I still don't understand what you are talking about. I don't understand what problems of the GDPR you try to solve neither how and with which solutions you wanna do this.

If this page is just fine then I would like to say that it didn't save a "Data Subject Consent" that I tried to create. And it didn't give me a specific reason so that I could correct it. I'm guessing it's because some fields are required.
