Here are my answers:
There is not a recorded demo of the ChatBot builder, that is a good point.
Installing on the website is very simple, just copy paste the script on your site. (I'll explain this better on the home as well :) )
Tough question here ;) The products you mention focus mainly on live chat (some of them also do automatic conversations).
My product focus is on automating conversations and I'll try to be the best in that specific area.
Apart from that, and beeing frank, at the moment there is not that much differentiation. However, I do want to focus more on small-sized companies and creators rather than medium and large companies like Intercom. Pricing is also another point (minor), I do offer a free plan.
Focusing on small-medium sized companies is how you can differentiate from others in this area. All the best man for your product!
BTW I am also a solo maker of Integrately (www.integrately.in) which makes the app integrations easier by trying-testing the apps before actual installation.
Maybe you should play around with it and try frontbots on different websites.
