How to monetize a site that's only getting traffic from Brazil (for some reason)

I am helping out with a site that a friend started recently. I don't think it's my place to link it, but I can describe it:

The site allows you to create and answer polls. Not very novel or special, just normal polls. It is currently getting about 1100 visitors/day, however just by chance, it took off more in Brazil than anywhere else , and 80% of the traffic is from Brazil.

The obvious solution would be Adsense, however my account was closed years ago and they won't re-open it (nothing shady, I just had the code on some user-generated pages on my site that I didn't realize had adult content).

I have looked into other ad networks, and been turned down by 1 for having thin content (since it's just a poll tool), and another turned me down because I was already turned down by the first one and as partners, they share data.

I was hoping to find some other source of monetization. Amazon Associates exists in Brazil, but you need a Brazilian bank account, and nothing else springs to mind. I don't think there's any way of adding any special features and charging for them for 2 reasons:

• This tool is just for entertainment and I don't think there are really any extra features that would add enough value for someone to pay.
• Finding some sort of upsell for Brazilian people (whose avg income is much lower than Americans) seems like it may exist, but I have no clue what, and my site does not naturally tie in with anything.
