trying to find an internship but ended up launching my first project

I was trying to find an internship in a startup back in DC but I didn't have a network and I was finding it very hard to get an interview so I decided to send cold emails to as many founders as I can and here's exactly what I did.

1- I got their names from LinkedIn
2- I predicted their email by realizing that there's a pattern for email addresses, for example, most startups have an email like this firstname@companyname.com, big old companies have an email like this firstname_lastname@companyname.com, and new big tech companies have an email like this firstname.lastname@companyname.com
3- I used to send many emails a day but it was a very manual process so I
came up with https://beanns.com to help me out.

In the end, I managed to get an internship and launched my first project :D
