I found this site on a YouTube Video about being a digital nomad.

My background, I have worked at several startups - Lookery, Bitly, Performable, iSocket, Atrinsic, etc.. Mostly advertising based startups or data type of places.

In 2013 I left the bay area and moved back to St. Louis MO and tried to get my own project off the ground (SwarmSports and ViralRank). I did all the coding (LAMP) and my partner in the project was more about "working as a startup" vs WORKING at all.

Surprisingly, it's been running on autopilot, though needs a ton of maintenance as there are not many new articles on the site any longer. But it's your basic "ghost" startup ..

He was suppose to be the "CEO" and the guy who sold the product to investors, etc.

Anyways, that failed and I had to get a "real job" again. I ended up being an IT manager, and the boss I worked for was a real a**hole basically. haha.

I moved on from there and for the past 5 years, I've been a web developer (I'm not doing any real development these days) - and with the new growing company - I'm doing IT stuff again, moving computers, helping people with printers (I hate PRINTERS!)... etc..

This place looks intriguing, and would love to hook up with like minded people to create something cool again. If we could get a MVP out, I'm pretty sure I have some contacts left that know people that hey .. maybe we can get a little funding and make something really cool that people love to use.
