Working on a vertical SaaS that makes planning private and corporate events easier.

I’ve been running a business offering the services that we digitize for 12 years, have validated the idea via design prototype in 3 markets and have a partially-built MVP created by a senior programmer in React Native + Ruby on Rails + MongoDB that I bootstrapped as long as my finances allowed. Realistically we are at around 60% features planned for MVP.

We have 34 interested business users for the first beta and received initial interest from two VCs.

I am offering equity to a technical co-founder to take on the role of CTO, bring the MVP to life and start growing this business together.
