Why budget is broken for Australians

The Foxtel/Kayo rights carve-up means AFL and NRL coverage in Australia is legally locked to specific holders. Any service under AU$6/month is using an unlicensed feed that gets geo-blocked mid-match or dropped for the biggest fixtures. I lost a State of Origin match to this. Why premium is a trap
