10 Best IPTV Services in Sweden for 2026 (Honest 90-Day Test)

Boxer + Com Hem + Viaplay + C More was costing me nearly 800 SEK/month, and even then Allsvenskan and SHL coverage was split across three apps. Bought 10 IPTV services, tested them for 90 days on a Fire TV Stick 4K over Telia fiber 1 Gbps in Stockholm, and scored each on SHL/Allsvenskan/Champions Hockey/Premier League coverage, peak-hour stability, VPN routing and refund UX.
Here's what actually delivered.

The 3-tier read
- Budget (<30 SEK/month): 4.22/10 average. Ice hockey (SHL) coverage was broken on all three budget services. Skip.
- Mid-tier (70-130 SEK/month): ~6.7/10 average. The real Swedish market. OrvenTV led this bracket with 9.17 composite and working SHL + Allsvenskan + Viaplay-equivalent feeds.
- Premium (200+ SEK/month): ~6.9/10 average. Better native 4K on TV4 Sport, but barely worth it vs. the mid-tier gap. Refund UX punishing.

From the 90-day log:
- SHL ice hockey: every regular-season fixture I tested through August/September pre-season and September regular season loaded on TV4 Sport and C More feeds
- Allsvenskan football: every Saturday/Sunday fixture rendered cleanly
- Champions Hockey League: all Wednesday evening matches worked
- Premier League: every Viaplay-carried fixture, including Saturday early kick-offs
- Skiing/biathlon: SVT winter sports feeds all functional
- 37,000+ channels · 198,000+ VOD titles — 55 of 60 test titles on demand, including Nordic Noir series I couldn't find on Viaplay

Why budget is broken for Swedes
Nordic ice hockey rights are locked to Viaplay/TV4 with tight geo-controls. Any service under 30 SEK/month is using an unlicensed C More clone that gets shut down mid-playoffs. Swish payments were rejected by two of three tested budget providers.
Why premium is a trap
Activation averaged 5-6 hours vs. under 10 minutes at mid-tier. One provider required cancellation through a support ticket that stayed "open" for 11 days. Their "annual VIP" upsell used a fake 40%-off timer three times in checkout.
Three Sweden-specific things to know
- Telia and Bahnhof are fastest for IPTV. Com Hem/Tele2 traffic-shape between 7-11pm CET consistently. Same subscription behaves very differently across ISPs.
- Swish is safer than card. Two providers had card processing blocked by Swedbank and SEB flagging high-risk merchants. Swish + Trustly went through cleanly.
- SVT Play + Nordic Noir gap. No IPTV service replicates SVT Play's Swedish-original library — you'll want to keep the free SVT Play app installed alongside IPTV.
Bottom line
Cutting a 700-800 SEK monthly stack while keeping SHL, Allsvenskan, Premier League and Champions League is a 15-minute job. OrvenTV was the highest-scoring Swedish service in my dataset — start their 7-day money-back trial here.
