3 months in, and the hardest part isn't building. It's getting anyone to care

Been working on BrandVector for about 3 months now. It tracks how your brand shows up when people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok for recommendations & formulates a plan to improve your AI visibility amongst other things...

The product works. The scans run. The data is there.

But here's what I didn't expect: most founders don't know this is a problem yet.
SEO? Everyone gets it. You rank or you don't. But AI search visibility? It's still too early. People aren't tracking it. They're not even asking the question.

So I'm stuck in this weird spot where I believe this matters, AI is becoming a discovery layer, and if you're not showing up in those answers, you're invisible to a growing chunk of potential customers—but convincing anyone to care is a different game.
Right now I'm just trying to get the first 10 paying users. Not to prove the business model, but to find the people who actually feel this problem.
Made the AI visibility report free if anyone wants to see how their product shows up:

Costs me money to run each scan but I'd rather have real usage and feedback than protect margins on something nobody's using.

If you've ever built something where the market wasn't ready yet—how did you push through that? Genuinely asking.
