I am thinking to start a Web development & E-Commerce outsourcing company and want to partner with a US / Europe / Canadian Sales Partner.

So, I was thinking of starting a Web development & E-Commerce outsourcing company.

The plan is very simple.

A sales partner provides me with an IT project worth $2000. I develop the project within $1000. The sales partner gets flat $1000 as a commission.

My question is, what are some places where I can find such a Sales Partner to get the first client?
