Depends on your definition of good :)
I work with a guy who is not a professional editor, but I believe he has a journalism degree. What we do is when I write a piece for my blog we go through it. He corrects the mistakes or things which do not sound natural for a native speaker. That way I both learn and have my stuff edited.
