Many people ask regularly what everyone is doing to be productive.
There are infinite things that can be done to improve productivity and there are probably the same amount of variations that work for one but not for the other person.
Here's a simply productivity manifesto that I follow and come back to on a regular basis: https://pascalprecht.github.io/posts/a-productivity-manifesto
I like the manifesto, very nice!
I especially like that you started with the wellness points: exercise, sleep, water.
I've always been in pretty good shape but now that I am 46, I can tell you that taking care your wellness becomes more and more important.
If I stay up coding half the night for several nights in a row it just destroys my productivity for a week or two afterwards.
I'm trying hard to learn to be more consistent and measured because I believe it will net me more progress over the long haul.
What helps me stay productive is to think of life as a video game/movie where I am in the main character.
Thank you. Nice points and summary.
