We recently our launched beta 🚀 https://test.frme.live , we built a productivity tool aimed at individual users who want to project manage without all the unwanted team features. You can probably increase conversion by having a demo on the landing page 👌

We added screenshot ! we do have demo video but rather keep video off as users on mobile 4g etc can be a turn off
Nice. Would be nice to see the UI that the user works in, not just the project list, but it's an improvement :)
Also a huge pet peeve of mine, I actively dislike pages that automatically open up a chat without me clicking the button. Especially on mobile where it often looks horrible and very much "in your face". So I would consider changing that as well.

Chat wont happen in final product its simply asking during beta when live it wont start conversation unless you start first
A pet peeve of mine is demo videos that go too slowly (you watch every click, mouse movement, mistake and have a tedious voice sloooowly dragging you through the processes).
Your video is the polar opposite - it's way too fast! I can't keep up with what's happening. If you can find a middle ground :)
