The Problem I Kept Hitting:
For a decade, I was stuck in the “build-first” loop. As a UX designer and multipotentialite, I’d get an idea, pour months into designing and building it, launch it… and hear nothing. No users, no sales. Just a graveyard of projects that I knew were good, but that clearly missed the mark.
I realised my failure wasn’t in the building it was in the strategy before the building. I was “strategy-averse” because I didn’t have a system.
The Solution I Built for Myself:
I finally stopped searching for another tip and built a step-by-step strategic framework my “Foundation Finder” Blueprint. It’s the operational system I wish I’d had from day one. I used it to turn my own side projects from scattered ideas into actionable plans.
What’s Inside the Blueprint (The 3 Phases):
- DIAGNOSE: A method to pinpoint the real problem you solve and define your ideal first customer (with a customer interview script). Stops you from building in a vacuum.
2 STRATEGISE: A framework to analyse your landscape, define your unique position, and craft a value proposition that actually resonates. Finds your unfair advantage. - LAUNCH: A checklist to choose your first marketing channels, set pricing, and build a minimal 90-day action plan. Gets you from idea to first customer.
