AI CV and resume screening tool for busy HR and recruitment teams

I've felt that hiring pain – especially when you're trying to build something awesome and suddenly face a pile of CVs. Spending hours just sifting through them to find a few good candidates felt like a massive time sink, pulling me away from actually building. As an product manager with little bit coding skill, I knew there had to be a smarter, faster way to do it.

So, I decided to build it myself, and today I'm super excited to share the first look at my side project: HiringFast (hiringfa.st)!
It’s an AI-powered tool designed to help you to do the initial CV and resume screening, making it quick and surprisingly insightful.

With HiringFast, the idea is simple:
1. You just drag and drop your pile of CVs,
2. Quickly tell the AI what you're looking for in your ideal candidate (role and job description), and bam!
3. It instantly analyzes them and gives you a ranked list and matching score of the best matches with some really deep insights – not just keyword spotting.

One thing I found super useful while building it was making sure it do the CVs analysis for each candidate, which is a huge information to help you to make the decision, not only based on the AI result. The main goal is to help you and your team cut down that initial screening time from what feels like forever, to just a few minutes.

I'm launching HiringFast here on Indie Hackers first because I genuinely believe in the #buildinpublic spirit and massively value the honest feedback from this community.
